Rebecca Wareing Search Consultant & Founder rwareing@minervaenterprises.net 508-714-1982 Rebecca started her professional career in the US Army where she attained the rank of Sergeant and served in Germany, Bosnia, and South Korea. Upon leaving the military, she joined a government contractor and became a Program Manager supporting recruiting efforts for a major defense manufacturer. She later joined a boutique recruiting firm where she spent 8 years, going from Rookie of the Year to Operations Manager. She next joined a major global executive recruiting firm where she spent 8 years supporting clients in aerospace, defense and industrial manufacturing. She left to form Minerva Enterprises in 2024 to focus on helping smaller companies find the talent they need to thrive.
